 Pastor Jearme  was born in Indiana and has lived in various states due to his military career. He and his wife, Melissa, have a daughter and a son . Their names are Olivia and Ethan. He is a former combat medic in the United States Army and has multiple deployments. He came to pastor Redeemer Baptist Church in December 2020.

He enjoys kayaking, movies, music, reading, cooking, and dating his wife.
